Red Clyde

American producer and music label PR man. Worked for Bethlehem Records & Mode Records labels, often with Joe Quinn. Clyde was National Sales Manager and head of A&R at Bethlehem and President of Mode Records. Clyde was responsible for getting Mel Torme to switch to Jazz. Clyde firmly believed in giving total creative control to his artists, which gave him a large variety of artists to work.
