Gifted with an extraordinary intelligence for satire and criticism –both social and artistic–, argentine songwriter Sergio Makaroff was born in Buenos Aires in 1951. With his brother Eduardo Makaroff formed a duet that ended in 1978 with the departure of Sergio to Spain. He began his solo career with "Tengo Una Idea" (1980).
