Antonio Lotti

Antonio Lotti (5 January 1667, Venice — 5 January 1740, Ibid.) was an Italian composer of the Baroque period. Note on the portrait: this chalk sketch by composer and painter Giovanni Lorenzo Somis (1688—1775) contained a handwritten "Antonius Lotti" inscription on the back; however, it's done in pencil posthumously, and thus cannot be definitively attributed.
