Eleanor Broadwater

American songwriter. Wife of notable Nashville disc jockey Gene Nobles, she was suspiciously granted a third of the songwriting credit for "Susie Q" (1957) and possibly earlier "See You Soon Baboon" (1955) as a thank-you to Nobles for promoting the songs on his station, a common form of payola at the time.
