Radka Toneff

Norwegian jazz musician and composer, born 25 June 1952 in Oslo, died 21 October 1982 in Oslo. She was a style-former in jazz through a personal expression that is described as low-key and intense. Her popularity extended far beyond jazz circles. From 1971 to 1975, Toneff studied at the Oslo Conservatory of Music. She played in the jazz rock band Unis.
