Thomas Wenzel

German bassist from Elmshorn, Schleswig Holstein. Wenzel was active in the 1980's cassette underground scene and was member of the band Die Bienenjäger, where he met Jochen Distelmeyer. Both went to Hamburg and became key artists of the "Hamburger Schule". In 1992, he became bassist of Die Goldenen Zitronen, where he used the alias. The same year, he also became bassist for Die Sterne.
