Wolfgang Ellerbrock

German musician and bassist who is best known for his long-standing involvement with the Hamburg based post-punk and gothic rock band Xmal Deutschland. He joined the band around 1981, replacing the original bassist, Rita Simon (2). This made him the first male member of the group, which had originally been founded as an all-female band.
