US recording, mastering and lacquer-cutting engineer, born in Marblehead, MA, on Dec. 14, 1935. Known for cutting vinyl at half speed (hence the SR2 or SR/2 for "Stan Ricker 1/2). For SR2 or SR/2 in runouts, use only SR as ANV, please. He etched his scribes into both sides of the vinyl, so when SR or SR/2, etc. are missing on one side, it has to be assumed that it was cut by someone else.
