American music business entrepreneur, concert promoter and producer and artist manager. Best known as a co-creator of the Woodstock Music & Art Festival in 1969 along with Artie Kornfeld, John Roberts (50) and Joel Rosenman. He owned and managed the label Just Sunshine Records. He managed such artists as Joe Cocker, Rickie Lee Jones and Willy DeVille.
