Jimmy Bowen

American singer, bassist, songwriter and producer. Married to Keely Smith (1965-1969). Founder of Amos Records (1968) and Universal Records (1988). He started as Rockabilly singer in late 50s and was also member of The Rhythm Orchids, alongside Buddy Knox, but his career as recording artist did not take off. In 1963 was hired by Frank Sinatra as producer at Reprise Records.
