American saxophonist, based in Portland, OR. A native of Detroit, Michigan, Tim began studying flute at age twelve, saxophone at fifteen, and clarinet at seventeen. Early musical influences include Hubert Laws, Eric Dolphy, Oliver Nelson, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, The Beatles and Bob Dylan.
