(Born: 1935) Photographer Thomas Weir is known for his landscapes, figure studies of nude women set in nature and photographs of rock bands. He became interested in photography around the age of twelve, working with his mother’s box camera. After graduating from high school he studied engineering at Iowa State University but did not graduate.
