David R. Roter

A New York solo artist under the band name David Roter Method and a songwriter long associated with the Blue Öyster Cult and probably best known for penning “Joan Crawford” together with Albert Bouchard and Jack Rigg. Roter died at the age of 56 on February 16 in 2003.
